Reply Abby March 1st, 2013 Past year I did two weeks of insanity and I stopped. Now Im doing hip hop abs and sometimes I will toss in just a little pure cardio or cardio abs from insanity. I want to try your entire insanity program but I am terrified. I don't forget when doing it past year I used to anxiety my workouts as I believed this guy was wanting to eliminate me.
